General Manager - Greg has more than 40 years of experience in all facets of construction and commercial real estate. Prior to his current position, he was the construction manager for Kraus-Anderson Realty, Inc. In this position he was responsible for managing the construction needs of the Kraus-Anderson real estate portfolio.
Greg held several positions prior to Kraus-Anderson, including Senior Sales Associate for Colliers Towle Real Estate in Minneapolis, where he did sales and leasing brokerage primarily in the retail sector, and Regional Director of Leasing with Developers Diversified Realty of Ohio, where he was responsible for overall operations and leasing of Western and Midwestern shopping centers. Previously, he was President of G.J. Hayes, Inc, a Minneapolis-based commercial property management company, and Managing General Partner of Hayes Enterprises, the real estate division of Hayes Contractors, a Minneapolis-based mechanical and electrical contractor.
Property Manager - Michael has been in Real Estate for over 11 years, starting his career with Welsh Companies, LLC (five years) managing mainly office/industrial properties and then moving to Kraus-Anderson Realty Company (three years) managing all retail properties. Michael joined Midwest Management, Inc. in December of 2007 and is currently managing ten properties, totaling more then 395,000 square feet. His portfolio consists of a mix of office and retail properties throughout the metro area. Michael’s responsibilities include budgeting, tenant relations, vendor supervision, and overseeing the daily operation of the properties and buildings.Michael is a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Agent, an active member of the Minnesota Shopping Centers Association (MSCA)
Property Accountant - Tara joined Midwest Management, Inc. as a Property Accountant in December 2007. She is responsible for the accounting and financial preparation for the managed properties. Tara has more than twenty years experience in the automotive industry with a focus in accounting. Prior to joining Midwest Management, Inc. Tara was controller for Thomas Automotive Group.
Administrative Assistant - Started with Midwest Management, Inc. in May 2008. As Administrative Assistant for Midwest Management, Sue prepares leases, abstracts, amendments, extensions and miscellaneous correspondence for the General Manager, Property Manager and Accountant; answers phones and dispatches contractors to the various retail and auto mall sites when problems arise; handles incoming and outgoing mail; and miscellaneous administrative duties. Sue came to Midwest Management after retiring from the federal government with 36 years of administrative work experience at offices in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Milwaukee, WI; Cedar Rapids and Burlington, IA; and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
